Overcoming environmental, social and governance challenges

With increasing pressure from climate change and other factors, sustainability in organisations is a hot topic.
Research at UniSA’s Centre for Workplace Excellence is looking into environmental, social and governance (ESG) challenges to help organisations understand how they can be more effective agents of change. Dr Sukhbir Sandhu’s research has mapped the ESG journey, uncovering key motivations and structural changes that organisations must overcome to successfully accommodate these social and environmental initiatives.
