We had a wonderful time collaborating with Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning to create The Fellows Programme - a fully customized Leadership Development programme!

We began by identifying young leaders within our organisation who possess high level of integrity, a long term vision and great people-management skills.

Over 15 weeks and 3 core learning modules, these leaders were trained to enhance their emotional intelligence, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create their own brand of effective leadership!

In the final chapter of this series, our young leaders reflect on all the leadership lessons they picked up over the course of the Fellows Programme. Above all, they want to say thanks!
