The C&O team would like to encourage our student organizations to use this worldwide pandemic as an opportunity to develop crisis management skills. As future organizational leaders in your career, there will be times of major change and crisis. There are ways to maintain stability within an organization even during difficult times. We want to assist you in developing 4 skills we think are important for the stability of your student organization. 1. Promoting hope by continuing to recruit and encourage membership, 2. Become even more organized by using online tools to document your team's project and allow virtual teamwork, 3. Continue to fundraise, request funding and resources so that you can continue your community engagement, and finally 4. Train your team and allow them to assist in your group’s strategy and contingency plans.
