This video demonstrates how event hosts can easily manage orders for their event at any time. Order management allows you to edit orders, which is useful when you need to fix typos, change the ticket owner, or update information. If your order form is set to "buyer only", all tickets on the order share the same information. This means all tickets on an order will have the same name and email address. If you collected information on each attendee, each ticket has its own set of information. Eventbrite’s order management system enables you to:
Edit attendee information
Issue refunds
Cancel or delete free orders
Mark offline payments as received
Resend order confirmation emails
Print PDF tickets
Transfer tickets
You also have the Option to Add a note. Your attendees won’t be able to see this note, but you’ll see it here and when you scan in their tickets. Notes can be on either the order information or on a ticket. You can add up to 10 notes per order or ticket.
You can also issue refunds from the Orders section. For more in depth information regarding individual refunds check out this article: https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articles/en_US/How_To/how-to-refund-an-order?lg=en_US
For more in depth information regarding bulk refunds check out this article: https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articles/en_US/How_To/Refund-and-cancel-all-orders?lg=en_US
