Cherie has led complex change programs in corporates, government and non-profits. she embraces agile and human-centred design practices and has a keen interest in new organisational models. She believes that most organisations today have outdated models that don't allow them to innovate, transform or grow.

Cherie's career has included a number of strategic roles including being a Senior Manager for the Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games. A large start-up with a very high profile and fixed deadline!
