Description:
To design a user-friendly all in one QR-cum web-based platform for solving the massive problem of managing and removing crowd in queues to get any service like waiting lines at clinics, shops, bus-stops using latest technologies in Rajasthan through token-generation appointment system. Our solution takes care of removing conflicts among co-queue members, wasting time and energy of both organization and end-user in getting any service, dealing with people coming from rural parts of Rajasthan, and features like providing scheduled token, rescheduling of booked appointment, handling different cases where user coming to get token, accessible features to organization and government officials to keep an eye on the organization. Designed to be generically used by any institution for managing their crowd problems.
