New Research Pathways After Service Webinar

Service Year Alliance released a study in partnership with Burning Glass Technologies on Pathways After Service: Education and Career Outcomes of Service Year Alumni. The study compared the resumes of 70,000 service year alums to a similar comparison group and asked: “What are the education and employment pathways that service year alumni go on to achieve following their service?“ The reports findings identified exciting outcomes around education attainment levels, skill building, and income growth for alumni of service year programs. Our webinar reviewed the findings and discussed opportunities for the sector, with a panel representing service year program staff, leadership, and employers who intentionally seek alumni in their talent strategy.
