With the advancement of transcatheter heart intervention, many patients with complex cardiac problems can now be treated without the need for open heart surgery. This has resulted in a paradigm shift in the management of several cardiac conditions such as severe aortic valve stenosis over the past several years. We aim in this talk to review the major recent innovations in structural heart interventions and how we can utilize them help our patients.
