NCS & Solace Partner to Develop Fleet Management System for Public Transport in Singapore

Solace partnered with NCS to develop an intelligent fleet management system for Singapore's public buses. In order to enhance the commuter experience with real-time updates on bus arrival timings, the underlying I.T infrastructure needed to be able to handle the influx of data from various sources, such as sensors, legacy systems, and GPS.

Using PubSub+ to create an event mesh as the digital backbone, Solace and NCS were able to ensure bi-directional IoT communication using MQTT, advanced filtering, and routing capabilities across the entire distributed enterprise.
