A two days' National Seminar on Earthquake Forecast-Prediction in Northeast India was organized by the Centre for Disaster Management, Mizoram University during 27th and 28th April, 2023. The seminar was sponsored by Directorate of Disaster Management & Rehabilitation, Govt. of Mizoram and AIMIL Ltd. Prof. J.R. Kayal, Dy Director General (Rtd.), Geological Survey of India was the resource person.
