Vegetable Quinoa:
Tri-Colored Bell Peppers (1/4-Red, Orange, & Yellow)
Red Onion
Cilantro
Lime juice (a squeeze-fresh or bottled)
Quinoa (2 cups cooked)
Chickpeas (1 can)
Olive Oil (light drizzle)
Chop all your veggies and remove the shells from your chickpeas. Toss cooked quinoa, veggies, chickpeas, olive oil, and lime juice in a bowl. Enjoy room temperature or chilled.

Green Juice Ingredients:
Green apple
Kale
Spinach
Ginger
Pineapple
Cucumber
