Module 4: Develop and implement an Incremental Improvement Plan

The following lecture is called: Develop and implement an Incremental Improvement Plan - Module 4. This module allows flexibility in selecting new control measures or other improvements that address the highest priority risks, identified by the SSP team in the module 3, at the most effective places in the system. This process helps to ensure that funding and effort targets the highest risks with greatest urgency. In this module we will consider options to control indetified risks; develop an incremental improvement plan; and then, implement the improvement plan.
