Model of electing mayors needs to be re-looked at: Prof. Alex van den Heever

Just a day after the Democratic Alliance's Dr Mpho Phalatse was voted out as mayor, councillors in the City of Johannesburg have elected Al Jama-ah's Thapelo Amad as the new mayor.
