Mindfulness is a type of reflection in which you focus on being intensely conscious of what you are feeling in the moment, without judgment. It is observing what is coming at you from the outside world and how you internalize this information. We intend to help educators, students, and parents stay mindful and prepared in education during and post Covid-19. During our presentation, they will find helpful strategies, information, discussions, and videos that provide tips and skills on being reflective, fully conscious, and responding wisely to external events that help them be mindful during this challenging time.
