This video is part 2 in the series of "How to open a support ticket for Microsoft Entra Permissions Management.” In this part we will go over the steps of opening a support ticket within the Microsoft Entra portal as well as in the Azure Portal. Combined with Part 1, if these steps are followed, it will reduce misrouted tickets as well as resolution time due to having less data collection after the ticket is created and assigned.
