A graduate from INSA (National Institute of Applied Sciences), Hugo joined the Maison Rémy Martin as a trainee in 2015. After spending several months on the field, he is now Line and Organization Manager and supervises 12 operators. Two of his priorities are to constantly increase his employees’ skills and improve the performance of the lines for which he is responsible.
