Meet Early-Career Mentorship Expert, Jo-Ann Dizy

Jo Ann Dizy is Co-Founder and CEO of #GrowTogether, a company that helps women learn, develop, and grow personally and professionally. Jo Ann is thrilled to be working with organizations that are serious about engaging, advancing and retaining their high potential women, and attracting ambitious change-makers to their organization. Jo Ann is a skilled facilitator, coach, team builder and connector, and brings a wealth of experience to the #GrowthCircles she leads.

Jo Ann was Vice President, Global Events & Partnerships at #movethedial. In her role, she drove business development, collaboration and partnerships within the tech ecosystem, as well as ensuring that #movethedial events were best in class.

Previously, Jo Ann was Executive Director of Peerscale, responsible for the successful leadership and management of this members-based organization. The backbone of this organization was #GrowthCircles, and Jo Ann spent over 10 years researching best practices for these highly successful groups, and developing successful training programs, operational expectations, and facilitation techniques to provide high value to the C-suite members.

Jo Ann earned her MBA at the Schulich School of Business with a double major in Finance and Strategy, and her Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Performance from York University. Jo Ann more recently became a Certified Counselling Practitioner and a Certified Life Coach.
