Meaning of controlling-
Controlling function kyu zaroori hai?
Hum control kyu krte hai?
Esliye na taki jo desired results hai unhe achieve kr paye.
Jo chahte hai use hasil kr paye.

Performance ko dekhkar pta chal raha hai ki gadbad ho rahe hai, To turnt corrective action lena, taki paise barbaad na ho, manpower ki bhe sahi utilisation ho. yeh ensure krte hai hum ki jo resources hai unki wastage na ho, aur optimum utilisation ho.

Process of controlling-
Ek hoti hai chahat jiska poora hona na hona humare actions pr depend krta hai, aur ek hota hai result jo hume milta he milta hai
Apne suna hoga kya socha tha aur kya ho gaya.
To jo socha tha aur jo hua hai, uske beech kitna difference hai,

1. Feedback control
2. Concurrent control
3. Feed- forward control

Explanation-
1. Feedback control-
Koi task tha, complete ho chuka hai. Ab feedbacks lena workers se, ki unhe kya problems face krni pade, etc. Aur Unke solutions devise krna aur enforce krna agle task mei, aur firse feedback lena.
Example-
Teacher ne demo class lgaye, students ne feedback diye ki sir yeh acha lga tha, aap pls agr es way se padhayenge to hume behtr samjh ayega.

2. Concurrent control-
Yeh real time control ki baat ho rahe hai. Task kr rahe hai. Plan ke mutabik yeh sahi kr rahe hum, shabaash, are are yeh plan ke hisab se ni ho raha. Future mei problem face krne pade, isse better hai ki turnt corrective action lena aur damage hone se bach sake.
Example-
Gps system, map pr location lga di. Ab hum instructions follow krte pahunch jayenge.

3. Feed- forward control-
Forward se samajh aa jata hai ki future ki baat ho rahe. Aur future ke liye hote hai prediction. Toh feed forward control ek predictive control hai.
Aane wale time mei hume in cheezo ki zaroorat pad sakte hai, project shuru krne se pehle, yeh estimate laga, es project ke liye ho sakta hai resources zyda lage,  esa hua to manage ho jayega?
Ek hospital hai, if midnight mei emergency aa gye, aur ek doctor jo duty pr hai uski tabiyat khraab ho gye... To ky doosra doctor immediately available hoga?
This is feed-forward control.


Characteristics of controlling-

1. Management function-
Organization ko successful banane ke liye ache se management hone chahiye.
Aur management mei aati hai controlling.
Superior controlling function perform krega Subordinate pr. Feedbacks dena, etc etc. Aur ensure krna ki targets fulfill ho

2.  Continuous function-
Management ek continues process hai. Controlling management ka function hai. Aur organization work krte hai ek goal ko achieve krne ke liye, aur controlling hum esliye krte hai taki desired goals achieve ho. So controlling is a continuous function.

3. Future Oriented-
Aaj jo performance achieve hue hai aur jo chahi the, unme jo farak hai, uska reason dhoondhna, aur corrective measures banana for future task, taki desired output achieve ho.

4. Action oriented-
Controlling is action and result oriented. Hum control krte hai actions ko, taki desired result achieve ho.

5. Measuring the performance-
Performance measure karna. Yeh dekhna ki Jo chaha tha aur jo actual mein hua hai, jo standard set kiya tha aur jo actual output hai unme kya fark hai. Fark identify krna, taki corrective measures li jaa sake.

Conclusion-
Controlling process hai jismein ham actual output ko standard output ke sath compare karte Hain. Aur agar actual output standard output se match nahin kar raha tu yah dekhna ki actual output aur standard output mein kya fark hai. Feedbacks lena time to time. Fir corrective action lena.

Controlling necessary hai taki loss se bach sake.

Controlling management ke teenon levels par perform hoti hai yani ki, top, middle and lower  teenon levels pr controlling function implement hota hai.

Aur esa ni hai ki controlling pr aakr gaadi ruk jati hai. Yeh cycle ghade ki trha hai, on going.
