A product mindset is a holistic approach to delivering value for stakeholders by rethinking how organizations craft and execute strategy, innovate in more agile and customer-centric ways, and push change beyond process to drive system-level impacts. When organizations develop a product mindset, they are less inclined to place blame on their technology and data organizations for holding their digital agenda back, and more inclined to challenge traditional practices used to manage technology-induced change.
