He is also Fellow member of Institution of Engineers(India) and Chartered Engineer (Institute of Engineers India). Having Published many papers in reputed journals and conducting many Training Programs for Lecturers of Polytechnic under ISTE in Maharashtra, he has attended many training programs on various subjects. He has also served as Head of Knitting technology Department at SASMIRA's Institute of Man-made Textiles and had two terms of 2 years as Incharge Principal. He has conducted program for Industry people at various Industries and got retired from service on 31st December 2018 after a almost 34 yrs of service as an academician. Lastly he is the founder and MD of LEAD WALKER training and consultancy services
