In this last episode of our webinar series "Managing the Assets of the Church" we turn to a unique, perhaps underappreciated asset, but definitely the most important – the Church's workforce. When we speak of the assets of the Church, we don’t think of the laity working for and with her as human capital, but at the end of the day, the Church’s biggest asset are the countless people who share their talents and skills and allow Her mission and legacy to carry on.
