Managing Different Personality Types: a guide for facilitators (and anyone who works with people!)

Published
As a group facilitator (whether by choice or by default) you will find yourself working with a range personalities - people that, on the surface, don't seem helpful in the team reaching the outcome needed. Too quiet, too loud, too aggressive, too find-it-hard-to-stay-on-topic and so on. But everybody has a valuable input and your job as facilitator is to ensure everybody is heard, and that the group collaborates successfully towards the end result.

So, in this video we look at six common personality types and meeting behaviours to provide a practical, real world guide on getting the best from each one. The time stamps are below.

If YOU have any issues with particular meeting or workshop behaviours in your team - let us know in the comments and we'll try and address these.
