Internal conflict is often the greatest threat to activists' effectiveness and some simple, early practices can be a stitch in time that prevent painful, costly conflicts in the long run. This program will discuss Nonviolent Communication, a modality used for connection and conflict prevention and will provide practical tips to de-escalate conflicts and work together better.
