Management vs. Leadership #shorts

Published
A professor at Harvard Business School, John Kotter, states the difference between management and leadership. Management is about coping with complexity while leadership is about coping with change. Good management brings about a degree of order and consistency to product development and execution, which is an essential requirement for every FS team. Yet as we all know, each consecutive season brings about a new structure to an FS team with seniors graduating, new leadership taking the helm and freshers joining in as recruits. In order to maintain a team’s legacy, it is down to the leadership to adapt to this major structural change and get the job done. So what is your team struggling with today - management or leadership? Share your insight in the comments’ section below!
