Not all Leadership is equal!

As we progress up the organisation we need to learn a bunch of new skills.

In essence, what served you at level 1 will not serve you at level 2,3,4 or 5.

This is why leadership is dynamic!

To be successful you need to have an awareness and adapt your leadership to get the best possible results.
