Block coloring is a versatile way for improving your practice with tones and values as well as significantly improving drawing strokes and developing those muscle memory.
Also, black and white drawings are an excellent way to rapidly tune your skills when it comes to tonal values.
I would encourage you to join the Google classroom that has been made to rapidly increase your drawing skills with the structured and detailed classes.
