The witnesses testifying include Clete Willems, partner at Akin Gump Strass Hauer & Feld; Tom Feddo, founder of The Rubicon Advisors LLC; Eric Lorber, former senior advisor and under secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence at Department of the Treasury; Rich Ashooh, corporate vice president of Global Trade and Government Affairs at Lam Research Corporation and Peter E. Harrell, former senior director for International Economics and Competitiveness at the National Security Council and National Economic Council.
