Library Leadership and Management: Sustainable Stakeholder Approach Method

Published
The stakeholder approach method was created for stakeholder use of any level. This presentation will discuss strategies learned and how they can be applied to any type of organization. The vision is to propose a method with a user-friendly approach to train future leaders. An entrepreneur model ideology was used as a basis in this research because many times ideas do not come with a budget in mind. Using strategies in reinventing organizations requires an entrepreneur ideology that uses sustainable resources to meet organizational needs. The sustainable stakeholder method is a method that focuses on understanding community and organizational ecosystems, implementing sustainable thinking design strategies, education, and training opportunities.
