Overview:
The first part of the presentation will focus on what exactly a Learning Management system is and the reasons why we implemented a Learning Management System. We will also discuss how we identified the wastes within our Learning process and what we deemed ‘Value Adding Activities’ and ‘Non-Value Adding Activities’, and what the outputs where.
The second part looks at what we mean by Personal Development and how career paths play an integral part within this process. We will look at the different types of career paths and what is key to their success when looking at career paths within organisations.
