Leadership is not about politics only but is essential in every field for better achievement of goals. This video message is on six leadership styles described by Goleman which include Visionary Leadership, Coaching Leadership, Affiliative Leadership, Democratic Leadership, Pacesetting Leadership and Commanding Leadership. First four leadership styles have positive environment while pacesetting and commanding styles create negative environment neglecting followers, their feelings and opinions.
