Leadership Journey Short Course: Lesson 3

This is the third lesson in the Leadership Journey short course. In the first lesson, you mapped out your overall leadership journey.

In the second, you learned how to identify the type of leadership you yourself exhibited or the style of those that led you. You were able to define your leadership in the past and your current definition of leadership.

In this lesson you will dig a little deeper and look at the impact those leadership styles had on you. How you aligned with the mission, vision and values of your leaders and the organizations.
