Not all manager types are created equal.

Management types differ depending on their level, function and skill set. In an organization, management types are structured in a three-leveled pyramid, starting with Frontline Managers at the base, Middle Managers fittingly in the middle, and finally, top-level managers at the top.

Each level of manager has a different responsibility. Working together, they create a harmonious system of support for a company or organization.
