Krashen’s i+1: A learning theory for your life management

Krashen's Second Language Acquisition Theory was meant to explain how students can acquire (not the same as learn!) a new language. Crazy enough, his i+1 theory can be adapted in so much more than language learning.

His theory explains how habits can be formed and how you can learn ANYTHING. It takes you and your "level" into consideration.
