Knowledge Management: SECI Model

Organizations working in the development sector generate rich knowledge and learnings. However, most orgaizations do not have a strategic knowledge management orientation. Consequently, most of the knowledge remains invisible and eventually, under-utilized. In this video, we talk about the SECI model of knowledge management.
