The focus for this case study revolved around the strategy and structure fit by examining the linkage of stated strategy and the capabilities of the organization. I examine the role of management process and organizational culture while categorizing the problems into strategic, structural, and personal issues. A review of proposed solutions for each manager is then discussed.
