JRAN Club: Good Governance and Beyond

Our first workshop took place on 23rd Feb 2022 with senior governance consultants, James Tickell and Sarah Loader from Campbell Tickell, and founder and managing director of Revoke, Mona Bani.

In this session cover: what it means to be a trustee of a charity - the key duties and legal responsibilities - and more broadly, how to govern a charity well. The sessin also compared and contrasted charities with community interest companies, like Revoke.
