John Wooden Leadership Fellows Lent Talent during Pandemic

Published
UCLA Anderson chooses John Wooden Leadership Fellows for leadership styles that espouse the ethics, team spirit, hard work and loyalty that legendary UCLA Basketball Coach Wooden is remembered for. Each fellow possesses the ability to manage change, and demonstrates an unquenchable thirst for improvement, constant learning and innovation.

In 2021, aerospace manufacturing engineer Uzair Alaidroos (FEMBA ’23), ER doctor Bianca Judy Choe (FEMBA ’22), Snap Inc. public policy manager Jasson D. Crockett (EMBA ’22) and consultant Miranda Fang (’22) earned Wooden Fellowships in recognition of their talents and service. Senior Associate Dean Al Osborne met each one to learn about their family backgrounds and professional accomplishments, and how their extraordinary volunteer efforts helped others affected by the pandemic.
