John Outridge - Master of Small and Medium Enterprise Management

John Outridge shares his experience as a Mature Entry Candidate at the UWI Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and his career progression after graduation to his current post of CEO of Trinidad and Tobago International Finance Corporation (TTIFC).

John is an alumnus of Master of Small and Medium Enterprise Management programme. He joined the TTIFC as its Chief Executive Officer in August 2021 and is responsible for leading the company towards driving digital financial services adoption across all sectors, so Trinidad & Tobago can become a premier location for FinTech-enabled services as the Financial Hub of the region.

With more than 10 years of senior management experience working in firms such as EY, Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) and iGovTT, he has supported both public and private sector institutions with strategic guidance on fintech strategies, as well as the modernisation of public financial management systems for various Governments throughout the region.
