Jacco Verhaeren on his career path, management style, and leadership

Jacco Verhaeren was just recently appointed the High Performance Director for French swimming leading into the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

He spent the last year helping the German Swimming Federation and the 8 prior to that leading Swimming Australia.

And before that, the Dutchman coached Pieter van den Hoogenband, Inge de Bruijn, and Ranomi Kromowidjojo.
