Board governance is in crisis. A lot of the challenges we face today on the SDG goals is because for the past few decades, Boards have not governed the way they should have. Furthermore, we are seeing a huge resistance to Boards changing or for that matter, welcoming new and diverse thinkers through the Boardroom door.
