Introduction to MO1001 Project Management Skills

Hello and welcome to this introductory presentation about MO1001, Project Management Skills. This module introduces you to the fundamentals of project management. You will be guided through rationalising a project and the stages of project management before reviewing common types of project management methodologies. Understanding a project’s context by reviewing and assessing its initiation status and governance documentation is explored in conjunction with the structure of project plans. You will learn the value of identifying and analysing project stakeholders for the purposes of developing a project communication plan and the project's overall success. Risk management, project evaluation, forming and communicating recommendations are also considered.
