In this segment, Allow me to course you through the Employee Roster under the Human Resource Management Module.

First, log in to your interlink IQ free access account, go to HR Module, and click Employee Roster.
In the employee roster, you will find the summary report which includes the total active employees, total inactive employees, current inactive employees, and total employee report.
Under the summary, you will see the list of employees which includes First Name, Last Name, Position, email address, date hired, employment type, status, and the registered column. The “registered” column is an identifier of an employee invited to be part of your company’s interlink IQ enterprise account. Only employees who are invited and registered will be marked “yes” in this column.
You will also see the Active, Inactive, and Suspended buttons which contain the list of employees per status. The Report button will show you the summary of employment status per employment type.
To add a new employee, click the add new employee button. The new employee form will pop up and you are to fill out the necessary details. Once completed, click submit.
To view the employee details, click the view button and you will be directed to a pop-up box that contains employee details, training progress, and employee files.
First, let’s discuss employee details. It contains the employee's email address, First Name, Last Name, Employment Type, ID number, Date Hired, Department, Job Description, and Reporting. There is also a function wherein you can change the status of whether or not the employee is suspended. Another function is also to identify whether the employee is active or inactive.
Now let’s proceed to Training Progress. Here you will find the list of training for your employee. This list includes description, date completed, due date, status, and record.
Finally, let us open the employee files. This interface will show you the file name, Description, Review Due Date, Review Status, and Reviewed by. You may also add new files which include certificates, employee personal records, etc. To add a new file click add new file button and fill in the necessary details. You may also upload supporting documents. Once complete, click submit.
