Incident Management Planning Cycle Tactics Meeting

The speaker for the Incident Management Planning Cycle Tactics Meeting webinar was Dr. Leslie Cole. This webinar briefly reviewed the ICS Planning Cycle, identified where the Tactics Meeting fits in an operational Period Planning Cycle (The Planning P), identified the purpose of the Tactics Meeting, and identified who should and should not attend and who runs the Tactics Meeting. Dr. Cole also briefly explained the documents and forms involved and identify what information the attending Incident Management Team (IMT) Section Chiefs and Officers (Plans, Logistics, Operations, Safety, necessary technical specialist) need from the Tactics Meeting and what they produce or do in response to this information.
