IFS Cloud 21R2 Whats New in Service Management

This 70-minute long webcast provides an overview of What's New in the Service Management area of IFS Cloud 21R2 version including enhanced Asset applicability on service offerings, enhancement to enhancement requests and change handling, benefits plans for contract work have been added, request logging assistant enhancements, extended service location functions, new service view of equipment or Service Object 360 has been added and a new Service Schedule Board has been added. For mobile additional new scope, additional scope, task planning, reassignment, start and end of day, break handling, stock counts functions have been added.
