Human Capital Management in Startups Policy Papers Webinar Recording

A recording for the webinar organized by The Public Policy Hub at AUC with the support of Oxfam International titled "Human Capital Management in Startups in Egypt: Pre, During, and Post Covid-19".

The webinar was the culmination of work on two policy papers that tackled the issue of HCM in Start-Ups pre and post COVID-19. The two research teams presented their policy research papers, briefs, and media advocacy tool. There was an open discussion between the researchers, the discussants, and the audience regarding the impact of COVID-19 on human capital management in Startups in Egypt.
