How to Live at Peace with Yourself | Bridging Your Inner & Outer Worlds | Malayalam|Dr. Mary Matilda

Published
We live simultaneously in two worlds, namely the inner world and the outer world. The inner world is the world within us. A person's inner world is composed of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, values, and desires. Places, things, people, and events constitute the outer world of a person. As long as we are focused on the outer world, we are unable to achieve peace of mind and happiness. We will not be able to accomplish our goals if we are focused ony on the outer world. In turn, this may negatively affect us and create chaos in our inner world.  So how do we bridge the inner and outer worlds? Thankfully, in this Malayalam motivation video, Dr Mary Matilda shares a few tips to help us strike the balance and align our inner and outer worlds. She discusses the techniques she adopts to prevent the negative influences of the outer world.
