How to Define Connection Elements for Weldments and Structural Systems | SOLIDWORKS

You can define Connection Elements for weldments and structural systems in SOLIDWORKS, and then insert them into a structural part. These elements can contain several configurations and even propagate certain features, like holes, onto the structural model they're being attached to.

In this example, I’ve created an L-bracket with some pre-drilled holes, along with a few different configurations of the part.
