How Lazy Was Our Old Property Management Company? Vacant Unit in our 4-Unit Mixed Use Property #23

This is a property I bought in 2018 and I have not shown it much because it was managed by property managers for a year or two. We recently took over the property management and we decided to take a look at it. We were met with a few surprises!

I wanted to see how the unit looked, and I also wanted to see what the maintenance looked like after the other property management company had taken care of the property for a while. We also get to see one of my best murder rooms!
