Paul Fleming's aviation career started back in the 1970s when he got his first role in Civil Aviation Authority. After his role as a Communication Engineer for Saudi Arabian Airlines, Paul came back to Gatwick, rejoined the CAA and later moved to a role at ICAO in Montreal. Not a bad career for someone who at some point believed he would tour the world with a circus.
