How can Civil Engineers get a Job? | English | Download & Share this video |

Published
Dear Civil Students,

We are glad to introduce ECC, as the first institute in India to commence training on vertical Civil and Mechanical Structural software in the year 1994. So far, we have successfully trained over 1.2 lakh Engineers from over 10 countries on various CAD CAE software. We thank all the students for trusting us. We are also highly indebted to Heads of the Departments from over 1000 colleges across India who continuously referred their students to ECC and we expect the same cooperation and blessings for our online job training program also.

Courses are available online now.
Keeping in view of the lockdown during 2020-2021, Logistics involved in young students coming from all over India to Hyderabad, Closure of 90% of the student hostels in Hyderabad, High charges in the existing hostels, Scarcity of skilled staff, Stability of staff, etc we have kept all our courses online on our website www.eccindia.org.

Why Civil Jobs Training Program?
In the initial years when we started the Institute in 1994, the Civil Engineering students used to be good at their Engineering basics. When we add software skills to them, they used to get placement immediately within 3-6 months' time. It is alarming to note that the subject skills are getting reduced year by year and today it is sad to note that the students are not able even to draw the deflection and bending moment diagrams of simple beams. In the current scenario, we notice that over 80% of the students are unable to get through any Job Interview.

Scope for uneducated is better than educated with no Job skills.
An uneducated person can survive far better than an unemployed graduate engineer. There will be 100 ways for a non-Engineering graduate or mere high school passed person to choose for his living, while the ways for a graduate Engineer will become very narrow. It will be dangerous to society if Engineers cannot secure a job based on their education. It will be a huge loss of time and investment for their parents and leads to chaos in families. These unemployed Engineers can neither secure a job that suits their education nor resort to doing small scale business. We see many Engineering graduates even working as CAB drivers, Food delivery boys etc. This will not only delay their marriage but also make the next generation children have older parents. This scenario is not only creating huge turbulence in the parents’ hearts but also putting the youth in severe depression. To address this problem, we have designed the course "Civil Jobs Training Program" and we are sure it will be a great help for everyone who is ready to help themselves.

What is in this program?

We have 1000+ frequently asked interview questions given as 8 modules as listed below

5. FAQ's for Quantity surveyor Jobs
6. FAQ's for Project Management Jobs
7. FAQ's from Strength of Materials, STAAD & ETABS for Structural Design Jobs
8. FAQ's for AutoCAD or General Drafting Jobs

Fee structure and Discount for college students?
All the above modules are available online on our website www.civiljobstraining.com for Rs.4000/- with 6 months' access. The same program comes for just Rs.1000/- for the current college-going 3rd and 4th-year students with 2 years of access. All the students, who enrol for this CJT program, will get a coupon code with which they can avail of any CAD software courses such as STAAD, ETABS, Primavera, QS etc for just Rs.1000/-.

When should the student take this course?
Even if we make the 1000+ interview Q&As available to the students, it would serve no purpose as they cannot chew the whole stuff after B.Tech in less time. So, we recommended the students to take this course during their third year or final year and keep studying the 1000+ Q&As during the last 2 years of their college education. This will make them ready to face any interview by the time they come out of their graduation. This will also make their campus interviews easier.
